To claim our guarantee, we invite you to immediately inform Rollpal of any defect within the guarantee period. Please contact our Client Care Service, or you can also visit the nearest store to hand over or send the product. The completed certificate of guarantee or original proof of purchase will be requested. Rollpal will determine whether the defect is covered by the guarantee. If this is the case, Rollpal will repair or replace the product and Rollpal will also cover the costs incurred, including the return shipment. The sending costs are borne by the purchaser.
If you wish to exchange your product for the same product in a different colour, please contact our customer service within 30 days. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and packaged in their original boxes. If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or collection, you will need to initiate a return and order a new one.
You are entitled to return all products from the Rollpal stores or our cooperative retailer within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, provided the merchandise is complete, unused, and undamaged. For store purchases, please visit your store to return your product(s) and get a credit note or exchange for the product(s). Your statutory rights are not affected.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive alerts when items are back in stock in stores. We recommend contacting our Client Service team who may assist you.
